What do we offer?

You should join if:

• You don’t trust insurance companies
• You want your family to be financially secure
• You simply don’t have time to do this for yourself
• You know you should be investing in property but can't get round to doing anything about it

The meetings last for around an hour plus as long as you like afterwards, and there will normally be a nominal fee to cover any catering costs. There will be a presentation of two topics of particular relevance, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

The finder’s fee payable to the Club will be 2% of the purchase price, due on exchange of contracts but usually payable on completion.

Members will be encouraged to use the forum on the website to develop business relationships, and will also be given every opportunity to promote themselves to other members for business purposes.

There is no joining fee, or minimum period of membership, no requirement to attend meetings or to use our property finding service. Every encouragement will be given to help members become property investors, but whatever any member chooses to do will be totally at their own discretion.
 
We even attract wealthy sponsors to provide a free exotic buffet from time to time!

Properties will be offered on a first come, first served basis, and the mortgages can be arranged by us or any other broker of your choice. Investors will be free to choose their own solicitors, letting agents, and any necessary contractors, but the club will maintain a panel of recommended service providers, which will be regularly reviewed based on feedback from the membership.

Mortgage G-Force Ltd is a separate company which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The G-Force Property Investment Club is not a financial adviser, and we do not accept any responsibility for the advice given. All and any investments you choose to make in property are at your own risk, and you should carry out your own research to validate any decisions you make. We are not regulated by any financial body, and offer advice in the utmost good faith, based on our own personal experience, and that of other property investors who have shared their financial details with us.
